    Duck billed valve (check valve)

    Duck billed valve (check valve), also known as rubber check valve, flexible check valve, etc., is a type of rubber check valve without movable components except for connecting flanges and clamps. It is mainly used for the outlet of urban rainwater discharged into rivers, lakes, and seas to prevent backflow of water when the water level in rivers, lakes, and seas is higher than the drainage pipeline. The duckbill valve is made of elastic chloroprene rubber and artificial fibers through special processing, with a shape similar to a duckbill and two types: rolled edge and flat mouth. The working principle of the duckbill valve is based on the principle of fluid dynamics. When the liquid passes through the valve, pressure is generated, and the duckbill valve will automatically open.     Discharge Valve

    The discharge valve is mainly used at the bottom of reaction vessels, storage tanks, and other containers for discharge, sampling, and dead zone shut-off operations. There are two types of discharge valves: upward expansion and downward expansion. When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the valve closes and the valve stem moves upward. This valve is of the upward expansion type. When the handwheel rotates clockwise, the valve closes and the valve stem rotates downward. This valve is of the downward expansion type. The upward sliding discharge valve opens the valve by moving the valve disc upwards. When opening, the valve needs to overcome the gravitational force of the medium, and the opening torque is greater than the closing torque. The downward sliding discharge valve opens by moving the valve disc (plunger) downwards, and the opening direction is the same as the medium force, so the opening torque is smaller than the closing torque.
