Bellows valve refers to the effective barrier between the overcurrent part of the valve and the outside of the valve body or valve stem in the structural design of the valve, preventing sealing leakage caused by the valve stem or other components during operation. Bellows are the core component of bellows valves, usually made of stainless steel. The inner cavity of the bellows is connected to the inner cavity of the valve body, and the outer shell of the bellows is usually U-shaped. This design can effectively prevent the medium from leaking out along the valve stem, improve the sealing performance of the valve, and is particularly suitable for situations where high temperature, high pressure, or toxic and harmful media require strict sealing of the valve stem, such as in high vacuum applications and the nuclear industry. The bellows valve produced by Shanghai Meiyanyi Pump Valve uses bellows as the valve stem sealing element. In application, bellows are used instead of the packing box on ordinary valves. Through automatic rolling welding technology, the lower end of the bellows is generally welded to the valve stem to form a metal barrier between the fluid medium and the atmosphere, ensuring zero leakage design of the valve stem.
