When the handwheel is rotated, the plunger is driven by the valve stem to reciprocate up and down between two sealing rings, completing the opening and closing of the valve. The sealing form of a plunger valve mainly adopts an interference fit between the plunger and the sealing ring in the plunger valve. When the plunger is inserted into the inner hole of the sealing ring, the sealing ring is compressed and tightly holds the plunger sealing surface. At this point, the radial force generated by the interference seal ring will be greater than the fluid pressure, ensuring the sealing of the valve. When the plunger is pulled out, the sealing ring returns to its original state under the elastic action of the material. At this time, the fluid flows through the hole frame and the lower sealing ring towards the outlet.
