Flange plunger valve refers to the connection method of the plunger valve, which is flange connection. According to the operating pressure of the plunger valve, there are mainly flat flange, concave flange, convex flange, Austrian convex flange, etc. The flange plunger valve adopts interference fit between the plunger and the sealing ring in the valve. By adjusting the bolt in the pressure cover, the lateral force generated by the compression of the sealing ring forms a seal with the hole surface in the valve body and the outer circle of the plunger, thereby ensuring the sealing performance of the valve, eliminating internal leakage, and achieving rapid opening and closing of the valve with a small opening torque. Due to the use of non-toxic new sealing materials with strong resilience and high wear resistance in the sealing ring, it can withstand long-term high temperature and high pressure without losing elasticity, making the sealing performance reliable and durable.
