Power Station Valve

Power station valves, also known as power station specific valves, are mainly suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure system pipelines in thermal power plants, used to cut off or connect pipeline media or regulate the function. The power station valves produced by Shanghai Meiyan Yi Pump Valve are mainly suitable for non corrosive media such as oil and steam, with a working temperature of ≤ 540 ℃ (of which P57170V has a working temperature of 570 ℃). Compared with other valve products, the main characteristics of power station valves are high temperature and high pressure, as well as a unique self sealing design. The higher the pressure, the more reliable the seal. Due to the performance, technical characteristics, and special working conditions of power station valves, this series of products has also formed characteristics that cannot be replaced by other products. The valve body branch pipes of general power station valves are welded at both ends, suitable for nominal pressures of PN16.0-32.0MPa. The sealing surface of the valve seat and disc is made of cobalt based hard alloy overlay welding or plasma spray welding, which has good high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and abrasion resistance. The valve stem is generally treated with corrosion-resistant nitriding, which has good corrosion resistance and abrasion resistance.
