Eyeglasses Valve (Blind Plate Valve)

Glasses valve, also known as fan-shaped glasses valve, fan-shaped blind plate valve, flap valve, fan-shaped valve, is a new generation product independently developed by China based on the relevant standards of GB6222 "Safety Regulations for Industrial Enterprise Gas" and the digestion and absorption of advanced technologies at home and abroad. Widely used in gas medium management systems for industrial and mining enterprises, municipal, environmental protection and other industries, especially suitable for absolute cut-off of harmful, toxic and flammable gases. It is also suitable for making blind flanges at pipeline terminals to shorten maintenance time or facilitate the connection of new pipeline systems. Eyewear valves are generally divided into electric blind valves, hydraulic blind valves, closed plug valves, and electric open blind valves. Its structure usually includes left and right valve bodies, a telescopic mechanism, a fan-shaped valve plate, and a first electric push rod for driving the valve plate, as well as a second electric push rod for clamping and releasing. The working principle is that when it is necessary to cut off the gas in the pipeline, the clamping mechanism is first released, and the hydraulic deformation device drives the valve plate to move, achieving the switching action between the through hole and blind hole on the valve plate. After the conversion is in place, the hydraulic clamping mechanism operates to tightly connect the valve plate with the valve body, effectively cutting off the gas.
