Titanium, Nickel, Zirconium, Monel Alloy Valve

Titanium, nickel, zirconium, and Monel alloy valves refer to different materials of valves. Specifically, titanium alloy valve materials perform well in many corrosive environments, especially in environments such as seawater and wet chlorine gas, and can maintain good mechanical properties at high temperatures. The specific strength (strength to density ratio) of titanium alloy is very high, and under the same strength requirements, the weight of titanium alloy is lighter; The material of nickel alloy valves has super strong mechanical strength and corrosion resistance in high temperature environments, and is commonly used in high temperature environments above 540 ℃. Nickel alloy Alloy800HT valves perform well in high-temperature valves in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and power, especially maintaining mechanical properties at 1100 ℃. Nickel 201 nickel alloy is widely used in aviation, aerospace, energy, and other fields due to its excellent mechanical and high-temperature properties; The raw material for zirconium alloy valves is a solid solution of zirconium or other metals. Zirconium has a very low thermal neutron absorption cross section, high hardness, ductility, and corrosion resistance. The main use of zirconium alloy valves is in the field of nuclear technology. The typical composition of nuclear grade zirconium alloys is over 95% zirconium and less than 2% tin, niobium, iron, chromium, nickel, and other metals, which are added to improve mechanical properties and corrosion resistance; The raw materials of Monel alloy valves are mainly composed of nickel and copper, with nickel content typically ranging from 63% to 67% and copper content ranging from 28% to 34%. Containing small amounts of iron, manganese, silicon and other elements, this alloy is a high-strength single-phase solid solution with excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Monel alloy valves perform well in various corrosive environments, especially in seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and other environments.
