Welding Needle Valve

Welding needle valve is a type of valve that is connected to pipeline equipment using welding technology, mainly including butt welding, socket welding, and welded pipe. One special attention to welding valves is the actual size of the welding head, which must be accurately known about the diameter of the welded pipe (i.e. the inner diameter of the pipe) and the outer diameter of the welded pipe (usually represented by Ø). The working principle of the welded needle valve produced by Shanghai Meiyanyi Pump Valve is to control the flow rate and pressure of the fluid by changing the distance between the valve core and the valve seat. When the valve core is separated from the valve seat by different distances, different annular gaps are formed between the valve core and the valve seat, thereby changing the channel area of the fluid and achieving flow regulation. Due to the generally small diameter of welded needle valves, coupled with the design and structural characteristics of needle valve stems, they can adjust and change flow and pressure very accurately.
