Fluorine lined Plug Valve

Fluorine lined plug valve refers to the overcurrent components of a plug valve, such as the valve core coated with PTFE or the valve body lined with PTFE material, which have corrosion resistance, sealing performance, self-lubricating properties, and rotational flexibility. The inner cavity of the fluorine lined plug valve is lined with polymer materials (such as F46, F3), which have strong corrosion resistance and can resist various concentrations of aqua regia, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, organic acids, strong bases, and other corrosive gases and liquid media. The structure of the fluorine lined plug valve produced by Shanghai Meiyanyi Pump Valve is relatively simple, mainly including the plug body (valve core), valve body, and valve stem. The plug body (valve core) is generally conical or cylindrical, with through holes on it. The valve seat liner (such as polytetrafluoroethylene or para polystyrene) and the steel plug body form a sealing pair, which makes the valve have good sealing performance and a long service life.
