Bimetallic sheet drain valve

The working principle of the bimetallic strip drain valve is based on the bimetallic strip temperature sensing element. This type of valve contains a bimetallic sensing element. When the steam temperature changes, the bimetallic element will deform due to heat, thereby pushing the valve core to open and close the valve. Specifically, as the steam temperature increases, the bimetallic strip will bend in one direction, and as the temperature decreases, it will return to its original state in another direction. This deformation drives the valve core switch, controls the discharge of condensed water, air, and other non condensable gases, and prevents steam leakage.
