Weir type diaphragm valve refers to a valve body structure with a weir structure, which is a specially designed block valve. Its core feature is a valve seat with a ridge shaped raised structure inside the valve body. This design allows the valve to use an elastic film (diaphragm) to separate the valve body into two working chambers, and to move the diaphragm up and down by compressing the pressure in the upper working chamber, achieving valve switch control. The center of the valve body is a piece of elastic film (diaphragm), with the lower half of the diaphragm placed inside the valve body and the upper half sealed together with the valve stem and valve cover. The up and down movement of the valve stem drives the diaphragm to come into contact with the ridge to achieve the purpose of separating the passage. The weir type diaphragm valves produced by Shanghai Meiyan Yi Pump Valve are widely used in various industrial fields, including food and pharmaceutical industry production, wastewater treatment, pulp and paper, chemical industry, etc.
