Ceramic Ball Valve

Ceramic ball valve refers to a ball valve whose main overcurrent components are made of ceramic materials, including valve core (ball), valve seat seal, and ceramic lining of the valve body. Its chemical stability and hardness are extremely high (Rockwell hardness HRC90), second only to diamond. The working principle of ceramic ball valves is also to rotate the valve stem to drive the ball to rotate, thereby achieving the opening and closing of the valve. The opening and closing component of a ceramic ball valve is a sphere, which is driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the ball valve. When the ball valve rotates 90 degrees, the valve can be opened or closed, and only a small rotational torque is required to achieve the sealing effect.
