Spherical Check Valve

Spherical check valves can be divided into horizontal and vertical types, mainly using a spherical valve core as the seal for the flow channel. The ball valve core is generally covered with rubber and a metal core, which has a sensitive check effect and is suitable for sewage pipelines with mixed slurry. When the medium flows in from the inlet end, the valve disc is pushed open by the medium, allowing the medium to pass through. When the medium flows in the opposite direction, the valve core blocks the valve seat under its own weight and medium pressure, closing the valve and blocking the backflow of the medium. Spherical check valves can also be designed with single, double, or even multiple flow channels.
