Hydraulic globe valve

Hydraulic globe valve is a valve that uses a hydraulic cylinder as the actuator of the globe valve. It uses hydraulic pressure as the kinetic energy to drive the valve, and then controls the hydraulic actuator of the valve to do work through the hydraulic system to open and close the valve. When the hydraulic cylinder receives signal pressure, the piston inside the hydraulic cylinder will push the push rod to move, thereby driving the valve core or stem to move. When the hydraulic system provides sufficient pressure, the spool of the hydraulic cut-off valve will be pushed, thereby changing the gap between the spool and the valve seat, achieving fluid on/off. Specifically, when the valve core moves downward, the gap between the valve core and the valve seat gradually narrows and eventually closes completely, thereby preventing the passage of fluid. On the contrary, as the spool moves upward, the time gap gradually increases, allowing fluid to pass through. By adjusting the pressure and flow rate of the hydraulic system, precise control of fluid flow can be achieved.
