Pneumatic globe valve

Pneumatic globe valve refers to a valve composed of a pneumatic actuator and a globe valve body, generally equipped with a gas source triple piece, limit switch, etc. The solenoid valve of the pneumatic actuator receives current or voltage signals and gives opening and closing instructions to the gas source pipeline. The pressure of the gas source drives the valve stem or spool of the pneumatic globe valve to move, thereby achieving the opening and closing adjustment action of the valve. Pneumatic globe valves require significant thrust and fluid resistance when opening and closing. And only one-way flow of the medium is allowed. During installation, attention should be paid to the flow direction of the medium to ensure the normal operation of the valve. Pneumatic globe valves have the disadvantage of weak sealing reliability during long-term operation. Although they have good initial sealing performance, their long-term reliability is not very strong. When selecting, it is necessary to choose correctly according to the actual working conditions. They are generally suitable for occasions with explosion-proof requirements or convenient use of gas sources.
