Proportional pressure reducing valve refers to a pressure reducing valve that is designed proportionally to the flow resistance of the valve disc, fixing the ratio of the pressure before and after the valve. It is generally suitable for pipeline equipment with stable pressure before the valve and no significant fluctuations. Specifically, a proportional pressure reducing valve generates a pressure difference through the difference in cross-sectional area between the two ends of the piston, achieving pressure reduction. When the inlet pressure pushes the valve core to open, the medium flows through the inner hole of the valve core to the outlet. Due to the different end face areas of the piston on both sides of the inlet and outlet, with the inlet end having a smaller area and the outlet end having a larger area, the pressure on both sides of the valve core is different, resulting in the valve core maintaining a certain degree of opening.
