Soft sealed butterfly valve

Soft sealed butterfly valve refers to a butterfly valve whose flow channel sealing surface is made of soft materials, such as rubber, PTFE, trifluoro and other elastic materials, as valve seat sealing materials, or as valve disc wrapping materials. Soft sealed butterfly valves are generally suitable for low-pressure pipelines, with a pressure not exceeding PN40. The working principle of the soft sealed butterfly valve produced by Shanghai Meiyan Yi Pump Valve is to rotate around its own axis inside the valve body through the valve disc (a disc-shaped butterfly plate), thereby achieving the purpose of opening, closing or adjusting. Soft sealed butterfly valves have the advantages of simple structure, lightweight volume, easy operation, and good sealing performance. In addition, soft sealed butterfly valves can be quickly opened and closed by simply rotating 90 °, making them particularly suitable for situations that require quick opening and closing. Soft sealed butterfly valves are also divided into midline, double eccentric, and triple eccentric structures.
