Impurity Pump

Impurity pumps are used to transport liquids containing solid particles, and the flow components of the pump are required to be corrosion-resistant. To prevent blockage caused by solid phase crystallization, the number of blades in the impeller is relatively small, usually between 2-8, and the pump body often uses a wider flow channel. To prevent solid particles from entering the shaft seal and prevent external air from flowing in, clear liquid is used as the sealing liquid at the shaft seal, and the shaft seal structure is required to be reliable. The centrifugal impurity pump can also be subdivided into slurry pump, mud pump, sand pump, gravel pump, dredge pump, foam pump, etc. according to the specific use. Volumetric impurity pumps mainly include reciprocating pumps such as screw pumps, jet pumps, hose pumps, hydraulic lift pumps, and concrete pumps, which transport liquids through the reciprocating motion of pistons or diaphragms. Impurity pumps have a wide range of applications, and various types of impurity pumps are suitable for transporting various media containing impurities. The impurity pumps manufactured by Shanghai Meiyanyi Pump Valve include various models and specifications such as slurry pumps, mud pumps, sand pumps, gravel pumps, dredging pumps, pulp pumps, concentrated slurry pumps, submersible slag pumps, ceramic pumps, etc. Some of them are made of wear-resistant alloy materials. The transmission methods of various impurity pumps produced by Shanghai Meiyan Yipum Valve are mostly connected to electric motors through elastic coupling components, as well as direct connection and other types of impurity pumps. During the use of the impurity pump, the operating direction should be viewed from the direction of the motor, and the pump should rotate clockwise.
