In July 2023, the company completed the equity change work, and Guizhou Wujiang Energy Investment Co., Ltd. became the controlling shareholder of the company and merged into Guizhou Energy Group Co., Ltd. The actual controller was changed to the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guizhou Provincial People's Government.
