概述
SLOW大型单级双吸中开蜗壳式离心泵,进口直径1000mm~2000mm ,是我公司专门为水厂、电厂、泵站 及大型给排水工程等而设计制造的。输送介质为水及类似于水的液体,液体温度-10oC~80oC。优秀的水力模型,独特的设计,精心的制造,严格的检验,使产品的综合性能国内领先,完全可替代进口泵,为国家节约大量外 汇和投资 。

部分泵采用滚动轴承,油脂或稀油润滑,见结构图 一
部分泵采用滑动轴承,稀油润滑,见结构图二(根据需要可带稀油站) 。
叶轮叶片出口边倾斜,两侧叶片对称交错布置,减小泵运行时的脉动 。
采用双涡壳设计,减小径向力,使泵运行更加平稳。
采用国际先进的流体力学软件进行设计,三维软件造型, CFD分析,有限元软件进行强度校核,确保泵高效、平稳、可靠地运行。
全部采用填料密封,对开式填料压盖,方便检修,根据客户要求可定制机械密封 。
